The Legacy Lotus Loyalty Club

Welcome to The Lotus Loyalty Club, the rewards program from The Legacy Lotus Collective. Members earn points with eligible purchases and can exchange those points for exclusive rewards through The Lotus Exchange.

Members earn 1 Lotus Point for every $1 spent on eligible purchases.

Points are based on the eligible purchase subtotal and may exclude taxes, shipping charges, fees, gift cards, or other non-qualifying amounts.

Lotus Points may be redeemed for eligible rewards available through The Lotus Exchange.

Rewards are organized into different redemption levels. Each level may contain a selection of products available for a designated number of points.

Members may redeem an available reward once they have accumulated the required number of points, or they may continue saving their points toward a higher-level reward.

Lotus Points do not have a cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash.

Points may only be used toward rewards made available through The Lotus Loyalty Club and The Lotus Exchange.

Lotus Points never expire.

Members may continue saving their points for as long as their membership remains active and the program continues to operate.

Products and rewards offered through The Lotus Exchange may change based on inventory, availability, season, or program updates.

A particular reward is not guaranteed to remain available indefinitely.

Membership in The Lotus Loyalty Club is intended for individual use.

Points and membership benefits may not be sold, transferred, traded, or combined between accounts unless specifically authorized by The Legacy Lotus Collective.

If a purchase that earned Lotus Points is returned, refunded, canceled, or otherwise reversed, the corresponding points may be removed from the member's account.

If points earned from that purchase have already been redeemed, the member's point balance may be adjusted accordingly.

The Legacy Lotus Collective reserves the right to update The Lotus Loyalty Club, The Lotus Exchange, reward levels, eligible purchases, available rewards, or these program rules when necessary.

Members will be informed of significant program changes when appropriate.

Rewards redeemed through The Lotus Exchange may be added to an existing eligible order for shipment with that purchase.

If a member redeems a reward without placing an accompanying order, applicable shipping and handling charges must be paid by the member before the reward can be shipped.

Lotus Points cover the reward item only and do not cover shipping, handling, taxes, or other applicable fees unless specifically stated as part of a promotion.

Lotus Points are generally tied to the member who earned them and cannot be transferred or combined with another account.

If a purchase is refunded, canceled, or returned, the points earned from that purchase may be deducted from your account.

Unless otherwise stated, eligible purchases may continue to earn points during promotions. Certain offers may also provide bonus points.

Unless a promotion states otherwise, points are generally earned on the eligible amount actually paid after discounts are applied.

Rewards are subject to availability. If an item becomes unavailable, you may choose another eligible reward or continue saving your points.
